Reset Input
The measurement value is retained when the timing input
signal is ON, and it is not retained when the signal is OFF.
The measurement value is retained when the input signal is
ON, and the measurement is restarted by cancelling the
retaining when the signal is OFF. To reset the hold
measurement value, turn ON the reset input.
The calculation measurement is retained when the input
signal is ON, and the measurement is restarted by
cancelling the retaining when the signal is OFF. To reset
the hold measurement value, turn ON the reset input.
Reset the hold measurement value when the reset input
value is ON.
The shape calculation measurement value is the alarm
value (+999.999 [mm]) until the measurement cycle for the
average movements is completed. The alarm terminal
output at that time is not ON.
When the reset input signal is ON, tilt correction is
performed using the two points specified in advance.
Displacement shape waveform data is corrected for the
target head of OUT1 to OUT3. From this, the shape
calculation measurement is performed.
When the hold measurement is performed, it is performed
together with reset of the hold measurement value.
On Timing Input
It is implemented when the zero
