cycle may vary depending on the head. In this case, use it so that head
A may have smaller sampling cycle (high speed operation).
When the settings are made to increase the cycle of head A, the system
may not be operated in correct cycle.
When head B is not connected, do not select "Multi-select dis-
placement sensing mode" in head B setting.If "SEND" is executed,
"Illegal parameter" error occurs.Set it to "multi-zone beam control
measurement mode" which is the default.
3) Measurement and judgment for 2 heads are non-synchronous. There-
fore, when the same measurement mode and measuring conditions are
set, the measurement timing is not the same and there is deviation in
the range of the sampling cycle.
4) When the measuring conditions to have different sampling cycles are
set between 2 heads and buffering is performed, the data with the same
time cannot be obtained if the data numbers of the data file are the
same.
In buffering, be sure to check the sampling cycle of each head and
perform data analysis.
