Chapter 1 Head Command

1-1-6 Alarm Delay Times: RHC/WHC

WHC and RHC respectively specify and load the setting of alarm delay
times for each sensor head.
The setting here is reflected in digital measurement value, analog output,
alarm terminal output and alarm indicator on the controller.

WSM selects the optimum digital processing mode to the object to be
