 Specification of calculation target area
Used for whole-synchronizing measurement, MZBC measurement
and constant pitch measurement
This sets the area used for waveform calculation. The maximum three areas can
be set.
The setting method is to specify the center position and the allowable range
(±mm) of the area to be measured.
Example) When step calculation 1 is performed, the representative displac e-
ment values in two areas are used for calculation. Combination of Area 1 and
Area 2, Area 1 and Area 3, or Area 2 and Area 3 is available.
 The target 3 areas cannot be set in the overlap range.
 The order of Area 1, Area 2 and Area 3 cannot be changed.
 At both ends of the measuring range, values exceeding the measuring range
cannot be set.
 The set value in ± the range can be changed every 25 μm. In the "constant pitch
measurement mode", the area should be set larger than the specified pitch.
If an area without measurement value is specified, abnormal value (alarm) occurs.
