 Judgement operation at measurement value

In the shape calculation measurement value, if defect due to insufficient
beam or the edge position of the target object cannot be obtained, the mea s-
urement value is the alarm value (+999.999 mm).The judgment operation for
occurrence of the measurement value alarm can be selected.

In the waveform calculation, if a measurement alarm occurs for a short period
of time and it is desired to make the alarm status invalid for a specified period,
this sets the number of measuring cycle times to delay occurrence of the
alarm output.
Settings
The measurement value in the measurement alarm status is
0 to 254
"+999.999 mm". This delays occurrence of the alarm output for
(default value:
the period of (measuring cycle x count). The period holds th e

judgment result before occurrence of the alarm.
The alarm output does not occur. Holds the judgment result
255 before occurrence of the alarm. (Previous value hold)
It is updated when the measurement value is correctly obtained.
When the "Continuous measurement trigger signal source" is used with "ex-
ternal synchronization", set the number of delays to "0".(The number of d e-
lays corresponds to the number of triggers in external synchronization.)

Alarm output
Description
Gives the alarm output for occurrence of a measurement
value alarm. The measurement value is "+999.999 mm".
The judgment result holds the status before the alarm.

It is judged according to the Hi judgment value and the
normal judgment result is "Hi".
