Chapter 2 I/O terminal block
Operation timing of laser control input (Head A, Head B)
Laser control input
Laser
Operation during
continuous
laser measurement
2
When the laser control input is set to "OFF (release)", the laser emission stops.
When the laser is in stop, the data is unfixed. All judgment outputs are OFF.
When the laser is OFF, the measurement value is "999.999", but the alarm does
not occur.
When the laser control input is set to "ON" again, the laser emission starts. Then,
the data unfixed status continues for the period of the sampling cycles x number
of average movements.
Operation timing of zero set input
Zero set input
Internal zero set status
nternal zero set status
Judgement operation
during continuous laser
measurement
In zero set input, when "ON" continues for 2.5 ms or more, it is internally zero set.
(Update of the measurement value is after 1 sampling cycle.)
Zero set input can be continuously performed with external input.
If "ON" status of the zero set input continues for 1 second or more, the zero set is
cancelled.
