 The reset input of the external input is not used.
 This function can be used at the time of "Whole-synchro meas." and "Mul-
ti-zone B.C. meas.". This function cannot be used in the "Multi-select D.S.
meas. mode" and the "Const.-pitch meas. mode".
 The correction is executed for the height (Z-axis) data of each point, and
the amount of pitch in the width direction (X-axis) will not be corrected in
the displayed waveform (projection correction).
The value of the calculated results of the calculation setting will show the
corrected value.
