In the multi-zone beam control measurement mode, the sampling cycle
(measurement cycle) is determined according to the conditions such as beam
power control unit, number of beam power controls, etc.
Since measurements are sequentially taken for the zone segmented in width,
be careful for misalignment of the measuring point for high speed traveling
workpiece.
