Chapter 4 Description of Functions
■Setting of measurement position
Five measurement positions, the X position and the measurement range
(width) are set on the following screen.
1. Acquire the detected light intensity image of the work on the detected light
intensity image screen.

2. Enter a check mark in the check box of the measurement position to be
used, to enable the measurement position.
3. Specify the area for the "X pos." to be measured and the "X pos. +/ - Range"
by setting the value, or use the mouse cursor on the image.
4. Select "Meas. val. processing".
5. Set the "Nominal val.", "+tolerance" and "-tolerance" of every measure-
ment position.
6. Set the "Hys. Width" (judgment hysteresis width).
7. Specify the "Offset val.". The set value will be added to the measurement
value of each position.

Description
Set the processing method of the measurement
value within the measurement width.
Enable the processing of the checked meas-
urement position.
Specify the center position of the measure-
ment width.
The value can be specified by direct input, or
use the mouse cursor to specify the range on
the image.
Specify the measurement width. 1mm width
maximum.
