 Shape waveform measurement value
The calculation zone is specified from the displacement shape waveform to
calculate step, width, cross-section area, etc. The calculation value acquired
from the measurement value is called "Shape calculation measurement value
(or simply "measurement value")".
For this shape calculation measurement value, the upper limit value (High
judgment value) and the lower limit value (low judgment value) can be set to
make evaluation of Hi/Go/Lo. The judgment results can be checked at each
output terminal, display on HL-DS3SMI and by acquisition through the
communication command.
This shape calculation measurement has two outputs (OUT1 to OUT3). When
two heads are connected, one judgment can be made for each head.
With the buffering function, these data can be stored and loaded for each
sampling.
(After loading the data through buffering, the measurement stops.)
