Description
◦ 3 = Memory mode
Returns 4 data bytes.
• Bytes 0 and 1 = Parameter being
reported:
◦ 1 = DC bias mode
◦ 2 = SOA mode
◦ 3 = Memory mode
• Bytes 2 and 3 = Command data
(dependent on selection in previous two
bytes)
If you selected DC bias mode:
◦ 1 = Forward power limit
◦ 2 = Delivered power limit
If you selected SOA mode
◦ 0 = Disabled
◦ 1 = Enabled
If you selected memory mode:
◦ 0 = Volatile
◦ 1 = Nonvolatile
Set this value with command 118; B0 = 50.
Reports the setting of the fixed frequency
memory mode: either volatile or nonvolatile.
• When set to volatile, the fixed frequency
defaults to the center frequency on power
up.
• When set to nonvolatile, the fixed
frequency defaults to the factory default
fixed frequency setting or last setting if
changed from the factory default. See
product specification for the fixed
frequency factory default setting.
The factory default setting for this command
is configured for each product option. See the
product specification for the default setting.
