in volts. This command also returns the active
regulation mode.
Returns 3 data bytes (one 16-bit value, one 8-
bit value):
• Bytes 0 and 1 = setpoint value in watts or
volts
• Byte 2 = Output regulation mode
◦ 6 = Forward
◦ 7 = Delivered or load
◦ 8 = External (DC Bias)
Set the setpoint with command 8 and the
regulation mode with command 3.
Reports the forward power in watts.
Returns 2 data bytes (16-bit value):
• Bytes 0 and 1 = Forward power
Reports the reflected power in watts.
Returns 2 data bytes (16-bit value):
• Bytes 0 and 1 = Reflected power
Set this value with command 5.
Reports the delivered power in watts.
Returns 2 data bytes (16-bit value):
• Bytes 0 and 1 = Delivered power
Reports the external feedback value in volts as
measured at the DC bias input on the user
card.
Returns 2 data bytes.
• Bytes 0 and 1 = External feedback
Set this value with command 9.
Reports the user power limit in watts.
The user power limit is directly related to the
active regulation mode. For example, when in
load regulation mode, the user power limit
will limit delivered power.
