Description
◦ 0 = Disabled
◦ 1 = Watts/second (W/s)
◦ 2 = Timed (in ms)
• Bytes 2 and 3 (16-bit value) = Ramp up
(in W/s or time in ms)
• Bytes 4 and 5 (16-bit value) = Ramp
down (in W/s or time in ms)
8 Data Byte Version
Send 8 data bytes to set either ramp data or
memory mode.
To set ramp data:
• Bytes 0 and 1 = 1 (set ramp data)
• Bytes 2 and 3 = Ramp mode (0 =
Disabled, 1 = W/s, 2 = ms)
• Bytes 4 and 5 = Ramp up (in W/s or time
in ms)
• Bytes 6 and 7 = Ramp down (in W/s or
time in ms)
To set the memory mode:
• Bytes 0 and 1 = 2 (set memory mode)
• Byte 2 and 3 = Memory mode (0 =
RAM, 1 = NVRAM)
• Bytes 4 through 7 = 0
Command 151 reports this value.
Sets the time in ms that the generator is
allowed to tune without finding a match
before it turns off RF output and activates a
fault. The unit stores this setting in nonvolatile
memory. You cannot change this mode while
output is on. A value of 0 disables tuning
time-out, causing the generator to tune
indefinitely.
Command 138 reports this value.
