Starting and Exiting HP 64700 Interfaces

To unlock an interface that was left locked by another
user

Use the emul700 -U <emul_name> command.
The -U option to the emul700 command may be used to unlock the
emulators whose logical names are specified. This command will fail if there
currently is a session in progress.
Examples
To unlock the emulator whose logical name is "em6833x":
$ emul700 -U em6833x
58
M6833x emulation, 512K bytes emul mem
xdebug, xemul, xperf, skemul, sktiming
/dev/emcom23
M6833x emulation, 512K bytes emul mem
