Cause
OHP selected but ordinary plain
paper used.
Defective bias contact (T/C).
Bad connection (image transfer
roller).

Impurities in the toner cartridge.
Impurities in the OPC drum.
Impurities on the image transfer

Step
Set the correct driver.
Reset the toner cartridge. (If special color,
replace the toner cartridge.)
Reset the image transfer roller unit.
Ensure the connection of the connector
(PJ12A) is secure.
Replace the laser unit.
Replace HV1 (high voltage circuit board).
Replace the OPC drum
Replace HV1 (high voltage circuit board).
