LED Display

The status display LED displays the power supply and communication status.
Various kinds of status can be checked as
•SI unit common status
LED display
OFF.
Green LEDs are ON.
Red ST(M) LED is ON.
Red PWR LED is ON.
Red PWR(V) LED is ON.
Green ST(M) LED is flashing.
Red ST(M) LED is flashing.
Red/Green ST(M) LED is
flashing alternately.

The power supply for control and input is OFF.
The unit is in normal operation.
A component failure inside the SI unit.
The power supply voltage for control and input is abnormal.
The power supply voltage for outputs is abnormal.
A unit other than the SI unit has been detected.
Either of the following conditions:
•The valve ON/OFF counter has exceeded the set value.
•The valve is short circuited or disconnected.
Either of the following conditions:
•Connection error between units has occurred.
•Configuration memory error has occurred.
Displays the diagnostic status of the unit.
Displays the status of the power supply voltage for control
and input.
Displays the status of the power supply voltage for outputs.
Displays the module status.
Displays the network status.
Displays the communication status of the BUS IN side.
Displays the communication status of the BUS OUT side.
