•[Device1(EtherCAT)] file will be added under the [I/O Devices]. Right click the [Device1(EtherCAT)] file, and
then left click the [Box] file from the pop up menu.
•The [Insert EtherCAT Device] window will be displayed. Left click the [+] button of the [SMC Corporation] file,
left click the [+] button of the [EX600 Series SI Unit], left click the [EX600-SEC*EtherCAT SI Unit] file, and
then left click the [OK] button.
