SIMATIC ET 200pro FC-2 converter
Operating Instructions, 09/2017, FW V4.7 SP9, A5E34257324B AE
Remedy
Replace CU.
Switch off CU and switch on again.
Upgrade firmware or contact technical support.
1. Switch the module off and on again.
2. After this fault has been output, the module is booted with the factory
settings.
3. Recommission the inverter.
Explanation: Parameterization on the memory card has been created with
a different type of module (article number).
Check the module parameters and recommission if necessary.
Set the value of the reference parameter not equal to 0.0 (p0304, p0305,
p0310, p0596, p2000, p2001, p2002, p2003, r2004).
Select the value of the reference parameter so that the parameters in-
volved can be calculated in the per unit notation (p0304, p0305, p0310,
p0596, p2000, p2001, p2002, p2003, r2004).
Save parameters (p0971).
Switch CU off and on again.
Replace memory card or CU.
Insert a memory card or deactivate the warning A01101.
Spare parts and accessories (Page 29)
Reduce number of data records.
Contact technical support.
Replace CU.
Create scaling or check transfer value.
Carry out maintenance and reset the maintenance interval (p0651).
Select STO and then deselect again.
Carry out an acceptance test and create acceptance certificate.
Switch off the Control Unit and switch on again.
Cause: The inverter should be reset to the factory setting. However, it is
not permissible to reset the safety functions as the safety functions are
currently enabled.
Remedy with operator panel:
p0010 = 30
Parameter reset
p9761 = ...
Enter password for the safety functions.
p0970 = 5
Reset start safety parameter.
The inverter sets p0970 = 5 once it has reset the parame-
ters.
Then reset the inverter to the factory setting again.
Switch CU off and on again, upgrade firmware or contact technical sup-
port.
