10 Programming
The different programs of the DynamicArm serve to individually adapt to the patient's requirements. Program-
ming of the DynamicArm must take place subsequently to calibration.
Selection of a suitable program and programming of the DynamicArm and of the optional Electric Wrist Rotator
is carried out using Ottobock ElbowSoft (a MyoRotronic is not required, since the electronics of the DynamicArm
takes on the control of the Electric Wrist Rotator). After attaching the black coding plug to the electronics, the
VariPlus System Electric Greifer and SensorHand Speed can also be programmed using ElbowSoft.
The control of other System Electric Hands or System Electric Greifers is determined using MyoSelect or by
attaching/removing the function plug (depending on the type of the terminal device, refer to the Instructions for
Use enclosed with the product).
The Instructions for Use enclosed with the components also contain information on the selection of the suit-
able control type.
NOTICE
Attaching and removing terminal devices. Turn off the DynamicArm before attaching and removing a Sys-
tem Electric Hand or System Electric Greifer to ensure recognition of the newly attached hand component
and to exclude the risk of a short circuit!
