Paper has jammed in the Fuser Exit area.
Applicable Error
•
08-500: Jam2
Initial Actions
•
Open Rear Cover and remove jammed paper.
•
Open the Fuser Exit Door and remove jammed paper.
•
Check that the paper guides of the tray in use are set correctly.
•
Check the media. Is the media in good condition and listed as supported media?
•
Ensure the size, orientation and type of media in the tray matches the media displayed in the UI
menus.
•
Turn the printer off and then on again.
•
Try printing with different paper.
•
If problem persists use the following procedure.
