Baud rate = 36 MHz/128/(2 + 7/16) = 115.38 Kbps

This baud rate includes a +0.156 % error, but IrDA specification is within

Pulse width = (1/281.25 Kbps) × (2 × (1/16) + 3 × (2/16)) = 1.777 μs

This pulse width is greater than 1.41 μs (IrDA specification).
