calculated in 13-40 Logic Rule Boolean 1,
13-41 Logic Rule Operator 1, and 13-42 Logic
Rule Boolean 2. [0] DISABLED (factory
setting). select this option to ignore
13-44 Logic Rule Boolean 3.
