Default Setup Options

1. Connect to the switch.
2. Enter USERID as the default administrator and PASSW0RD (with a zero) as the
default password.
3. Enter the following command at the prompt:

Restarting Setup

The Setup prompt appears automatically whenever you login as the system
administrator under the factory default settings.
After connecting, the login prompt will appear as shown here.
Enter login username:
Enter login password:
CN 4093(config)# setup
To abort the Setup utility, press <Ctrl+C> during any Setup question. When you
abort Setup, the system will prompt:
Would you like to run from top again? [y/n]
Enter n to abort Setup, or y to restart the Setup program at the beginning.
You can restart the Setup utility manually at any time by entering the following
command at the administrator prompt:
CN 4093(config)# setup
