ZONES PROGRAMMING
1067 system manages up to 6 zones, whose number is set during the programming procedure. Every system must have
at least 1 zone. System inputs, outputs, keypads and readers are freely associated to zones and can also refer to more
than one zone.
4.5.1
Arming mode – Standard / Autoexclusion / Block arming
For each zone it is possible to program the arm mode, if there are associated burglar inputs that are open during arm:
•
Standard: an alarm is generated if there are open associated inputs during arm.
•
Autoexclusion: Inputs are excluded and automatically re-included where re-closed.
•
Block arming: it will not be possible to arm a zone programmed in this mode, if there are associated inputs that are
still open.
4.5.2
Zones programming
To program the zones follow the instructions below:
1. Enter on keypad the Installer code (default 000000) and press OK key.
2. Press MENU key.
3. Press ▼ key until "PROGRAMMING" appears on the display. Press OK key to confirm.
4. Press OK key to confirm.
5. Press OK key to confirm.
Warning: to reduce the zone number, it is suggested to remove the links between
the zone sto be deleted and their associated devices.
6. Press OK key to confirm.
Use ▼ and ▲ keys to change the enabled zones number.
7. Press OK key to confirm. "ZONES NO." appears again.
8. Press ▼ key: "CONFIG. ZONES." appears on the display.
9. Press OK key to confirm.
Select with▼ and ▲ keys the desired zone.
10. "ACTIVATION MODE" appears on the display. Press OK key to confirm.
11. Select with ▼ and ▲ the zone type: this parameter will determine its operating mode
during burglar system arm. Available modes are: Standard, Autoexclusion, System arm
block.
12. Press OK key to confirm. "ACTIVATION MODE" appears again".
13. Press ▼ key until "NAME" appears on the display.
14. Press OK key to confirm.
Give the zone a descriptive name, by using the keypad (for further information, see
paragraph 4.2 Alphanumeric Characters Input )
15. Press OK key to confirm. "NAME" appears again.
16. Program other zones by following the same procedure from step 9, or press ESC
repeatedly to exit from the menu.
