Keys

The six control buttons located on the front of the device have the following functions:
Key

Esc
You will always return to input mode if the cursor is not located in front of a menu item but in front
of a parameter which can be changed.
The cursor will change its appearance depending on the parameter or menu item in front of which it
is located and also depending on whether the parameter concerned can be changed with the code
inputted or not. The table below shows the symbols in parentheses which are displayed when the
user is not authorized to make such a change.

Menu item, branching out into a submenu (even if a jump to the submenu is not possible
because a code was not entered)

( ) User parameter which can be changed with code U1 or U2
( ) Parameter under legal control which can be changed with code C1, C2 or C3
( ) Factory settings which can be changed with code M
Free parameter where no code is required and which is not locked in any way
Marking of a 2-line value.

Scrolling is done in a value that is longer than the line.
Enter will start a service program.
Cursor in service programs. Enter may open another service program if necessary.

In the menu
To switch over between the individual
books.
To move between the menu items of
lines 1 to 5.
To jump to the next level down of the
user menu or to input mode.
To jump to the next level up of the user
menu.
In input mode
To jump to the previous or following
position of the number to be changed.
To increase or reduce the digit of the
current position.
To terminate inputting a new value.
To abort inputting a new value or return
to the menu.
