When an error message is displayed, eliminate the error according to the chart below.
When displaying again, contact your dealer or an office of MIMAKI to call for service.

HEAD DRIVE HOT
Cause
Sub tank sensor value cannot be
detected normally.
Even when ink is consumed, the amount
of ink in the sub tank is not reduced.
• Failure occurs in ink suction.
• A lot of nozzle clogging has occurred.
The specified amount of ink was not
supplied (semi-auto / manual) with 10 kg
ink supply.
Need to check because the remaining
amount of the tank has become a little
left. (The remaining ink level in the tank
is less than 25%.)
Cause
An error occurred in the head tempera-
ture control.
An error occurred in the connection of
the head.
An error occurred in the SDRAM.
An error occurred in the head control
PCB.
Detected battery exhaustion in internal
clock.
Detected an error in the waveform for
the printing.
A sequential number error occurred in
the event log.
An error occurred in the power supply
system of the main PCB.
Chapter5 Troubleshooting
Measures
• Restart the machine.
If displaying again, contact your local distrib-
utor, our sales office, or service center.
