Cause
An excessive load was applied to the Y
motor.
Overcurrent error of X motor was
detected.
Overcurrent error of Y motor was
detected.
Take-up roller sensor error
The roller sensor cannot be correctly
read.
A media clogging occurred.
An error occurred in the position control.
Y origin could not be detected.
Abnormal linear scale.
The media width could not be correctly
read.
The media is set out of range.
Pump sensor detection error.
The control origin position of the carriage
is not set.
The control origin position of the station
is not set.
An error of the station operation was
detected.
An error of the maintenance wash shut-
ter was detected.
Ink end (unusable, only available when
cleaning with 4-color set)
Ink IC chip of the ink pack cannot be
read correctly.
There is a slot in which the ink IC chip is
not inserted for more than a certain time.
An error occurred in the information of
the ink IC chip of the ink pack.
The usage exceeds the specified value.
Cartridge remaining amount 0 (ink end /

The nozzle check was interrupted due to

Chapter5 Troubleshooting
Measures
• Turn off the power on the machine and turn it
on after a while.
If displaying again, contact your local distrib-
utor, our sales office, or service center.
• Make sure that take-up unit and take-up ten-
sion bar settings in the machine setting are
"ON".(
