Unscrew the 2 screws (455 & 755E:05/112, 755B:04/112) of the
offset fixation (455 & 755E:05/113, 755B:04/113).
Remove the offset and the spring.
Remove the spring (455 & 755E:05/114, 755B:04/114) from the
offset.
