The following figures show the client alerts, active faults, and fault history:

Description
The alert type, Client Alerts,
occur when clients are
connected to the Instant
network.
The Active Faults alerts occur
in the event of a system fault.
The Fault History alerts display
the historic system faults.
Information Displayed
The alert type, Client Alert displays the following
information:
Timestamp—Displays the time at which the client alert
l
was recorded.
MAC address—Displays the MAC address of the client
l
that caused the alert.
Description—Provides a short description of the alert.
l
Access Points—Displays the IP address of the IAP to
l
which the client is connected.
Details—Provides complete details of the alert.
l
The Active Faults alerts consists of the following
information:
Time—Displays the system time when an event occurs.
l
Number—Indicates the number of sequence.
l
Description—Displays the event details.
l
The Fault History alert displays the following information:
Time—Displays the system time when an event occurs.
l
Number—Indicates the number of sequence.
l
Cleared by—Displays the module which cleared this fault.
l
Description—Displays the event details.
