create settings

Use the create settings command to save the current configuration to permanent memory. The configuration includes port
settings, port mappings, any filters that have been defined, and the current SNMP configuration.
Syntax
create settings config-name
Parameters
config-name Specify a name for the configuration. The name may contain letters, numbers and the underscore '_'
character. Spaces are not allowed.
Example
Save the current configuration as breakout_10G
CONTROLLER>create settings breakout_10G
Settings saved OK

restore

Use the restore command to restore a saved configuration, overwriting the current configuration in the process. Entering
restore without a configuration name produces a list of all available configurations.
Syntax
restore
restore config-name
Parameters
config-name Specify the name of the configuration to restore.
Example
List the available configurations then restore breakout_10G:
CONTROLLER>restore
restore: Need name for settings to restore
The following sets of settings are available :
v_line_egress
full_traffic
breakout_10G
aggregate_1G
replicate_1G
with2extramaps
factory_defaults
CONTROLLER>restore breakout_10G
applied settings OK

delete settings

Use the delete settings command to delete a saved configuration. You may use the restore command to list the available
configurations.
Syntax
delete settings config-name
Parameters
config-name Specify the configuration name to delete.
