set port traffichigh

Use the set port traffichigh command to set a high traffic threshold limit for the specified port (not available for V-Line
modules). The value you enter is a percentage of the overall maximum bandwidth of the port, and is used as a trigger for
SNMP health notifications when bandwidth usage rises above this level.
Syntax
set port port-id traffichigh %high-threshold
Parameters
port-id Specify the port letter to set or show. A–D for front ports; 0 or 1 for rear ports.
%high-threshold Specify a high traffic threshold, as a percentage of the total available bandwidth.
Example
Set a 95% high traffic threshold for port 4A:
CONTROLLER>set port 4 traffichigh 95

set port trafficlow

Use the set port trafficlow command to set a low traffic threshold limit for the specified port (not available for V-Line
modules). The value you enter is a percentage of the overall maximum bandwidth of the port, and is used as a trigger for
SNMP health notifications when bandwidth usage falls below this level.
Syntax
set port port-id trafficlow %low-threshold
Parameters
port-id Specify the port letter to set or show. A–D for front ports; 0 or 1 for rear ports.
%low-threshold Specify a low traffic threshold as a percentage of the total available bandwidth.
Example
