8) Add 10 drops "PL Iron HR 1" liquid reagent to the water sample in the
cuvette.
9) Replace the lid on the cuvette, swirl it carefully and insert it into the
sampling chamber of the PrimeLab. Align the arrow on the front of the

cuvette. Press TEST.
10) After the lapse of a 5 minute countdown the determined result is
displayed. Press button 4 to save this together with date and time in the
4
device.

B) Measurement procedure for "total iron"
1) Fill 10ml unfiltered sample water into a clean 24mm cuvette.

2) Replace the screw lid on the cuvette and insert it into the PrimeLab
sampling chamber. Align the arrow on the front of the cuvette. Press

ZERO.
3) Remove the cuvette from the chamber and unscrew the lid.
4) Add 2 drops "PL Iron HR 2" liquid reagent to the test liquid in the
cuvette.
5) Replace the lid on the cuvette, swirl it carefully and insert it into the
sampling chamber of the PrimeLab. Align the arrow on the front of the

cuvette. Press TEST.
6) Wait for the lapse of a 2 minute countdown.
7) Remove the cuvette from the chamber and unscrew the lid.

If after switching on the device you have already performed the
ZERO (baseline) adjustment for the same type, the following

same cuvette and the same water sample for the test!
