Troubleshooting
When using the WB2F, if an operation occurs that you think is a problem, read the following problems and items to check
to resolve the problem.
If you cannot resolve the problem, contact your local dealer or customer service.
Problem
Emitter LED does not turn on
Cannot read symbols
RS-232 communication is not possible
USB communication is not possible
Status LEDs, Position LEDs not lighting
up
External Input is not working
External Output is not working
The reading request does not turn on
with the READ/ENTER button
The Reading Request does not turn OFF
