You are able to assign up to 13 ports per processor core. However, note
that four FC ports of a Hitachi 8Gb FC adapter use the equivalent
resources of one port and three FC ports of the Hitachi 16Gb FC adapter
use the equivalent resources of one port.
The relation between the number of processor cores and the maximum
number of card ports which can be assigned is shown below.
