Power Saving

System Idle Loop

LPAR manager waits dispatch target process when the target processes does
not exist on the LPARs (Host idle loop mode). This mode lowers power state
of physical processor for reducing power consumption.

Power Capping Function

Power Capping Function set maximum power consumption (Power Capping
Level) per chassis. This function aims to decrease power consumption of
