2 Communication configuration and Specifications

2.1 RS-232C communication

2.1.1 RS-232C connector specification

Fixes RS-232C cable to the provided 3-pin terminal block and then connect it to the MSD.
AWG28 to AWG16 conductor gauge is recommended. The recommended wire strip length is 0.28 in. (7 mm).
If it is connected to a D-sub9 pin, cut RTS, CTS, DTR, and DSR (unused) as needed.
