Enter the static delay for PNNI links in a path. This value is summed

The valid range for this field is zero (0) to 167777214 µsecs. Default
values (in µsecs) are:
DS1 – 522
DS3 – 42
E1 – 370
E3 – 41
OC-3c/STM-1 – 22
OC12c/STM-4 – 10
Note: Changing the value for this attribute does not admin down the
logical port.
