From the drop-down list, select the method of importing the certificate (SCP,
SFTP, or HTTPS). The default is HTTPS.
Filename of the certificate. If HTTPS is selected as the method for import, the
Upload File link will be selectable to upload a certificate file.
Filename of the private key for the certificate. If HTTPS is selected as the method
for import, the Upload File link will be selectable to upload a key file.
Enter the passphrase associated with the SSL certificate if the private key is
encrypted.
Host name or IPaddress of the host from which to import the file.
Path of the directory where the certificate will be stored.
User ID to use to SCP or SFTP the file.
Password to use to SCP or SFTP the file.
To generate your own custom self-signed certificate with attributes specific to your
site, select the checkbox. The SHA256 hasing alogorithm will be used to generate
the certificate. Unselected by default.
The number of bits to use when generating the certificate: 2048, 3072 or 4096.
The number of days that the certificate can be used before it expires, up to 7500
days.
The two letter country code for the custom certificate, e.g. "US" or "FR".
The state or province for the custom certificate, e.g. "California". Must be at least
2 characters long.
The locality or city for the custom certificate, e.g. "Irvine". Must be at least 2
characters long.
The organization or company name for the custom certificate, e.g. "Lantronix".
Must be at least 2 characters long.
The unit name for the custom certificate, e.g. "Engineering" or "Sales". Must be at
least 2 characters long.
The hostname or other name associated with the SLC the certificate is generated
on, e.g., "slc100.engineering.lantronix.com". Must be at least 2 characters long.
An optional email address to associate with the custom certificate.
An optional password use to encrypt the custom certificate.
