Troubleshooting power supply problems
Server has no AC power
All power supply LEDs are off when the server has no AC power.
Troubleshooting steps
Procedure
1. Check the AC power to the server.
2. Make sure that the power cord is connected to a functioning power source.
3. Turn the server off and then turn the server back on.
4. Replace the power supply.

Error LED is lit for one power supply
If the power supply Error LED is lit and all other power supply LEDs are off, either the power
supply has no AC power, a problem exists with the AC power source, or the power supply
failed.
This condition occurs only when a second power supply is providing power to the server.
