Sending a message using Express Messaging
To send a message to anyone from any telephone without directly calling that
person, complete this procedure.

Contact your administrator to obtain the number to dial.

Using staff mailbox features
After the tone, record your message.
After you finish recording, press any key to end.
To send the message, press 1.
OR
To listen to the message, press 2.
OR
To erase and rerecord the message, press 4.
OR
To continue recording, press 5.
OR
To add or remove recipients, press 6.
OR
To access message tagging options, press 7.
OR
To return to the previous menu, press .
Action
Dial the predefined Express Messaging Phantom number or ACD queue
number.
Enter the destination guest room or admin extension number.
The system ptompts you to leave a message after the tone.
