Control cable broken or
disconnected.
Incorrect rigging of system.

Install cables properly.
Lubricate hinge. If necessary,
replace.
Check routing of control
cables.
Check and/or adjust rigging.
Check and/or adjust rigging.
Adjust trim indicator.
Replace or reconnect con-
