■When setting "Disable" for "Level trigger condition setting"
1.
Set "A/D conversion enable/disable setting" to "A/D conversion enable".

Set "Logging enable/disable setting" to "Normal logging".

Set the number of points of the logging data areas to be used by each channel in "Logging data points setting".
4.
Set the target data to be logged in "Logging data setting". Set either of "Digital output value" or "Digital operation value"
for each channel.
5.
Set the cycle to store the logging data in "Logging cycle setting value".
6.
Select a unit of the logging cycle setting value in "Logging cycle unit setting".
7.
Set "Level trigger condition setting" to "Disable".
8.
Set the number of points of data to be collected in the time period from the occurrence of a hold trigger to when logging
stops in "Logging points after trigger".
9.
Set whether to enable or disable the logging read function in "Logging loading enable/disable setting".
