Description and cause
A value out of the range is set in CH BPF Pass
band edge frequency (Low), CH BPF Pass band
edge frequency (High), or CH Attenuation band
width.
The averaging processing different from one another
is set for each channel in simultaneous conversion
mode or in inter-module synchronization mode.
A value other than Enable (0) and Disable (1) is set
in CH Scaling enable/disable setting.
A value other than -32000 to 32000 is set in CH
Scaling lower limit value and/or CH Scaling upper
limit value.
CH Scaling upper limit value and CH Scaling
lower limit value are set as the scaling upper limit
value = the scaling lower limit value.
A value other than Enable (0) and Disable (1) is set
in CH Digital clipping enable/disable setting.
A value other than Enable (0) and Disable (1) is set
in CH Warning output setting (Process alarm).
Action
Set CH BPF Pass band edge frequency (Low),
CH BPF Pass band edge frequency (High), and
CH Attenuation band width to the following values:
■When the conversion cycle is 10s
• Pass band edge frequency (High) + Attenuation
band width 48000
• Pass band edge frequency (Low) - Attenuation
band width > 0
• Attenuation band width 1300
• Pass band edge frequency (Low) < Pass band
edge frequency (High)
■When the conversion cycle is 20s
• Pass band edge frequency (High) + Attenuation
band width 24000
• Pass band edge frequency (Low) - Attenuation
band width > 0
• Attenuation band width 650
• Pass band edge frequency (Low) < Pass band
edge frequency (High)
■When the conversion cycle is 30s
• Pass band edge frequency (High) + Attenuation
band width 16000
• Pass band edge frequency (Low) - Attenuation
band width > 0
• Attenuation band width 440
• Pass band edge frequency (Low) < Pass band
edge frequency (High)
■When the conversion cycle is 40s
• Pass band edge frequency (High) + Attenuation
band width 12000
• Pass band edge frequency (Low) - Attenuation
band width > 0
• Attenuation band width 330
• Pass band edge frequency (Low) < Pass band
edge frequency (High)
■When the conversion cycle is 60s
• Pass band edge frequency (High) + Attenuation
band width 8000
• Pass band edge frequency (Low) - Attenuation
band width > 0
• Attenuation band width 220
• Pass band edge frequency (Low) < Pass band
edge frequency (High)
■When the conversion cycle is 80s
• Pass band edge frequency (High) + Attenuation
band width 6000
• Pass band edge frequency (Low) - Attenuation
band width > 0
• Attenuation band width 170
• Pass band edge frequency (Low) < Pass band
edge frequency (High)
Set values so that the settings of CH Averaging
process specification and CH Time average/Count
average/Moving average/Primary delay filter
constant setting are the same for all channels where
A/D conversion is enabled.
Set CH Scaling enable/disable setting to Enable
(0) or Disable (1).
Set CH Scaling lower limit value and CH Scaling
upper limit value to -32000 to 32000.
Set CH Scaling upper limit value and CH Scaling
lower limit value as the scaling upper limit value
the scaling lower limit value.
Set CH Digital clipping enable/disable setting to
Enable (0) or Disable (1).
Set CH Warning output setting (Process alarm) to
Enable (0) or Disable (1).
