■Stopping continuous logging
A continuous logging stop request is sent at every inter-module synchronization cycle in the same way as when continuous
logging is started. Thus, logged data is stored in the buffer memory in the next inter-module synchronization cycle after the
continuous logging stop request is accepted. After the data has been stored, 'Continuous logging status monitor' (Un\G61) is
set to Continuous logging start request waiting (1).
