The following illustration is for explanation purpose only, and should not be referred to as an actual documentation.
 The following table lists the operation modes of the A/D converter module in which the corresponding functions and buffer
memory areas can be used. Each icon indicates an operation mode as follows.

The corresponding functions and buffer memory areas can be used in all the operation modes.
The corresponding functions and buffer memory areas can be used in the normal mode (high speed: 1s/CH).
The corresponding functions and buffer memory areas can be used in the normal mode (medium speed: 10s/CH).
The corresponding functions and buffer memory areas can be used in the normal mode (low speed: 20s/CH).
