Description and cause
The values set in CH Process alarm upper upper
limit value to CH Process alarm lower lower limit
value do not satisfy the following condition:
Upper upper limit value Upper lower limit value
Lower upper limit value Lower lower limit value
indicates that the set values are as follows:
1: Process alarm lower lower limit value > Process
alarm lower upper limit value
2: Process alarm lower upper limit value > Process
alarm upper lower limit value
3: Process alarm upper lower limit value > Process
alarm upper upper limit value
A value other than Enable (0) and Disable (1) is set
in CH Warning output setting (Rate alarm).
A value other than 1 to 32000 is set in CH Rate
alarm warning detection cycle setting.
CH Rate alarm upper limit value and CH Rate
alarm lower limit value are set as Lower limit value
Upper limit value.
A value out of the range is set in CH Input signal
error detection setting.
A value other than 0 to 250 is set in CH Input
signal error detection lower limit setting value or
CH Input signal error detection upper limit setting
value.
Simple disconnection detection is set in CH Input
signal error detection setting, and the value set in
CH Input range setting is other than the following:
• 4 to 20mA (extended mode) (AH)
• 1 to 5V (extended mode) (BH)
A value out of the range is set in CH Logging
enable/disable setting.
A value out of the range is set in CH Logging cycle
setting value and/or CH Logging cycle unit setting.
CH Logging cycle setting value and CH Logging
cycle unit setting are set so that the set logging cycle
falls below the conversion cycle.
A value other than Digital output value (0) and Digital
operation value (1) is set in CH Logging data
setting.
A value out of the range of "1 to (the value set in
CH Logging data points setting) 100" is set in
CH Post-trigger logging points.
A value out of the range is set in CH Level trigger
condition setting.
A value other than 0 to 9999 is set in CH Trigger
data.
A value other than Enable (0) and Disable (1) is set
in CH Loading interrupt enable/disable setting.
A value out of the range of "1 to (the value set in
CH Logging data points setting)" is set in CH
Logging read points setting value.
A value other than 0 to 900 is set in CH Logging
data points setting.
The total of values set in CH Logging data points
setting is beyond 900.
Action
Set CH Process alarm upper upper limit value to
CH Process alarm lower lower limit value so that
the values satisfy the following condition:
Upper upper limit value Upper lower limit value
Lower upper limit value Lower lower limit value
Set CH Warning output setting (Rate alarm) to
Enable (0) or Disable (1).
Set CH Rate alarm warning detection cycle setting
to 1 to 32000.
Set CH Rate alarm upper limit value and CH
Rate alarm lower limit value as Lower limit value <
Upper limit value.
Set CH Input signal error detection setting to
Disable (0) to Simple disconnection detection (4).
Set CH Input signal error detection lower limit
setting value or CH Input signal error detection
upper limit setting value to 0 to 250.
For channels where simple disconnection detection
is performed using the input signal error detection
function, set CH Input range setting to either of the
following:
• 4 to 20mA (extended mode) (AH)
• 1 to 5V (extended mode) (BH)
■Normal mode (low speed: 20s/CH)
Set CH Logging enable/disable setting to Normal
logging (0) or Disable (1).
■Normal mode (high speed: 1s/CH)
Set CH Logging enable/disable setting to High
speed continuous logging (2) or Disable (1).
Set one or both of CH Logging cycle setting value
and CH Logging cycle unit setting to the values
within the range.
Set CH Logging cycle setting value and CH
Logging cycle unit setting so that the logging cycle is
not less than the conversion cycle of the object to be
logged.
Set CH Logging data setting to Digital output value
(0) or Digital operation value (1).
Set CH Post-trigger logging points to a value
within the range of "1 to (the value set in CH
Logging data points setting) 100".
Set CH Level trigger condition setting to Disable
(0) to Process alarm (upper limit warning/lower limit
warning) (6).
Set CH Trigger data to 0 to 9999.
Set CH Loading interrupt enable/disable setting to
Enable (0) or Disable (1).
Set CH Logging read points setting value to a
value within the range of "1 to (the value set in CH
Logging data points setting)".
Set CH Logging data points setting to 0 to 900.
Set values so that the total of values set in CH
Logging data points setting of all channels becomes
900 or less.
