CH1 Difference conversion reference value
Medium speed
This area stores the value in 'CH1 Digital operation value' (Un\G402) at the start of the difference conversion as the difference
conversion reference value.
The difference conversion reference value is updated when 'CH1 Difference conversion trigger' (Un\G470) is changed from
No request (0) to Trigger request (1).

The following shows the buffer memory address of this area.

■Storage range
The storage range is from -32768 to 32767.
Even if 'CH1 Difference conversion status flag' (Un\G408) is changed from Converting difference (1) to Not
converted (0), 'CH1 Difference conversion reference value' (Un\G432) is not cleared.

Low speed
The start address of Logging data area (Un\G10000 to Un\G99999) of each channel can be checked.
