CH1 A/D conversion enable/disable setting
Common
Set whether to enable or disable the A/D conversion.

Turn on and off 'Operating condition setting request' (Y9).
■Default value
The default value is A/D conversion disable (1) for all channels.
CH1 Averaging process specification

Set the processing to be performed among the sampling processing, averaging processing, and filter processing.
The available processing varies depending on the mode.

*2 If a value other than Sampling processing (0) or Moving average (3) is set in the normal mode (high speed: 1s/CH), the simultaneous
conversion mode, or the inter-module synchronization mode, an averaging process specification setting range error (error code:
191H) occurs. When an averaging process specification setting range error (error code: 191H) occurs in any channel, the A/D
conversion stops in all channels.
