Description
Solid on means the physical connection is set up.
OFF means the physical connection is unsuccessfully
On means the sub-card initialization after power on is done.
Off means the sub-card initialization after power on is
unsuccessful.
Supporting V.24/V.35, with automatic cable identification
The sync port of a single-sync card supports 9600-8.192M bps.

One port LINK status LED, which turns on when the connection
to the physical link is set up and the upper layer protocol is up
