Two Server Pairs
(two subnetworks)
If you are running the UMS software on a separate pair of servers use this
diagram to connect the servers to a single network.

Network Connections
UMS Intelligent Mirroring uses eth0 and eth1 network interface cards on
the Primary and Secondary UMS servers. The VCX Call Processor and
SIPDownloader use eth1 and the auth, acct, bss, and dir servers use eth0
on the Primary and Secondary VCX servers.
If you are running the UMS software on a separate pair of servers and you
plan to connect the UMS servers to two subnetworks for additional
reliability, this diagram shows how to connect the servers to your
network.
Dual network configuration is possible only if the UMS software is
running on different servers than the Call Processor software. If you are
running all VCX software on a single pair of servers, you cannot configure
UMS for dual networks.
